KLF™ 170 has デュエルビッツ 入金不要ボーナスvity equivalent to C19400 and strength equivalent to 42 alloy.

pre-plating process. - Has good solderability and platability. Protrusions in the silver plating are reduced.
- Has good bare bondability by gold wire and copper wire. Also applicable for direct bear wire-bonding without plating.
