Examples of Administrative Instruction and Guidance

  • Upon changing contractors for intermediate treatment of industrial waste, industrial waste outside of the contract was handed over for treatment without exchange of a manifest. We were instructed by relevant bodies to prevent reoccurrence and be more thorough in compliance. As a result, we implemented rules for dealing with a change in intermediate contractors, as well as training for relevant employees.
  • We received guidance from relevant bodies as the exhaust gas flow rate at a heating furnace in a soot- and smoke-producing facility exceeded reported maximum values. The cause was an over-influx of combustible air at the time of measurement due to infrequent operation. We will now be more diligent in carrying out such measurements during stable operation.
